The five digit serial number for your PowerMate® machine is stamped or affixed to all PowerMate® stair climbers and LiftGates.

 

L-Series: 

PowerMate L-Series

Including the L-1 & L-2 Models: From the front of the PowerMate® - the serial number is stamped horizontally on the front, at the top left hand corner of the aluminum frame.

LE-Series:

 LE-Series

Including the LE-1 and LE-2 Models: Standing behind the PowerMate®- the serial number is stamped vertically, on the right hand side of the outer frame, near the top.
